Personalized Client Engagement: Collaborated closely with sales teams to facilitate the closure of late-stage deals by creating bespoke communication strategies. This included crafting personalized gifts and communications to enhance the white-glove client experience.
Quarterly Client Gifting: Strategized, wrote, and executed on digital and print elements for quarterly client gifting programs to reinforce client relationships for two distinct business units.
What I Did:
For one project, I orchestrated a campaign involving a teddy bear ordered from the prospect. The teddy bear underwent the shipping process within our facility, and I authored a children's book narrating "Teddy's Day at Pitney Bowes." This attention to detail and personalized approach significantly impressed the prospect, leading to a successful partnership.
Results:
These campaigns led to notable increases in client retention rates and generated $17M in new revenue influences, with a $130M active pipeline. Additionally, our efforts effectively engaged prospects through social media channels.
